Video Proof Requirement

• To be eligible for a refund on any incorrect or defective product, you must record a video of the parcel before opening it. Refund requests submitted without video proof will be declined.

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.

• Return Charges & Refunds

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping, return shipping, and COD charges are non-refundable.

• Quality Check: After we receive your returned items and complete our internal inspection, we will process your refund immediately.

• Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline any return if items appear used, damaged, washed, or spoiled.
